How it operates:

Monitoring  refers to the permanent reception of the signals sent by the local alarm systems to the dispatch center, as well as handling of such signals according to the type of event. The dispatch agents read every signal received by the alarm systems and alert the fast response units that will immediately drive to the respective facility.

Rapid intervention  refers to the action of the fast response units that will drive to the monitored facilities as fast as possible, in the event of an alarm. Further to receiving the information of breaking in or panic, the closest  1-2  units shall be alerted in the case of intrusion and the closest  2-3 units in the case of pressing the panic button (depending on the signals received in the dispatch center, more than 3 units may be sent in certain situations).
