According to the current legislative framework (Law no. 319/2006 on health and safety at work and Government Resolution no. 355/17.05.2007 on the supervision of the employees’ health condition), employers have the obligation to supervise the health condition of all their employees, by occupational medicine services and, for this purpose, they conclude a contract with an authorized medical unit. By the flexibility of our service, we try a more friendly approach which will facilitate the implementation of the legislation in force. Also, for the occupational medicine examination conducted upon employment, we provide a medical team also at the headquarters of our company.
