Sales Director

Job Description:

  • - Analyze company needs, build and implement action plans and training within the sales team.
  • - Develop and implement commercial policies to increase company profits from the sale of specific products and services.
  • - Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control team activities to achieve departmental targets and objectives, while complying with commercial legislation and internal company policies.
  • - Prepare reports on sales performance or other requested activity reports.
  • - Analyze and interpret key performance indicators related to company objectives to identify action strategies.
  • - Identify personal and professional development opportunities for the sales team aligned with company objectives.
  • - Identify sales growth opportunities and propose them to the top management team.
  • - Act as a coach in the employee relationship.
  • - Organize coaching sessions with sales agents to maximize their potential.
  • - Monitor employee progress and define future training requirements.
  • - Monitor team results and guide agents' actions to achieve objectives.
  • - Maintain regular communication with the management team to ensure the expected development direction.

Job Requirements:

  • - Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting coaching sessions.
  • - Managerial, coordination, and motivation skills.
  • - Good PC operation skills - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
