HR Specialist

Job Description
• Administering personnel recruitment activities and internal database
• Understanding and implementing specific processes related to labor relations in the company-employee context
• Managing employee files
• Managing the relationship with company employees to address their human resources-related issues
• Centralizing HR-specific documents and recording them in the company's databases
• Active participation in HR process improvement projects
• Designing/updating Job Descriptions within the Company
• Managing the recruitment process for office personnel: identifying and preparing job descriptions and job specifications, drafting and posting recruitment announcements, candidate selection, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to all involved parties at each stage of the process.

Job Requirements
• Completed higher education, preferably in the field of Psychology/Human Resources
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the human resources field
• Applied knowledge of Labor Law
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
