You may be a hero, too! Be ready to act for life!

When the life of a person is endangered, every second without taking measures may be decisive! And for those surrounding such person, the time stretches, and seconds of waiting seem like an eternity... The impossibility to do something is the most implacable feeling that we have when, although we want to help, we cannot do it because we do not have the necessary knowledge and we are afraid that we might complicate the situation.

 

Be a hero and take action in favor of life!

We would be delighted to share with you the secrets of our work and to provide you with valuable information necessary for first aid granting! 

Attending a first-aid course, you may act and give the aid necessary in case of emergency, preventing complications and relieving the suffering of the person in need, until a medical team arrives.

For whom is it intended?

If you work with people and among people, it is important that you take all necessary measures in order to provide them with safety from all standpoints.

Such a training is an advantage for the activity of: 

 

  • sports trainers;
  • fitness trainers conducting their activity in gyms/fitness halls;
  • teachers;
  • trainers;
  • tourism guides etc…

 

 

Steps for becoming a HERO:

  • Sign up for the first-aid course.
  •  Learn from our physicians the techniques for first aid granting.
  •  Ask questions! Make sure that you understood the physician’s explanations.
  •  Practice! Put what you have learned into practice and use the equipment we provide in order to learn as many secrets as possible.
  •  Take the graduation exam of the course and get your hero diploma.
  •  Take action! Pay attention to the needs of the people around you and help them if their life is endangered.

 

About the courses: 

  • Diplomas recognized according to the law are granted to the trainees.
  • The courses take place in two parts: training in first-aid techniques and individual practice.
  • Duration of the course is of approximately 6 hours.
  • The courses are organized upon request, depending on the requests and you may choose to participate individually or within a group.
  • They may be organized at the location chosen by your or at the location of BGS Medical Unit.
  • The training groups consist of 10 - 12 participants.
